Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential observability platform provider seeking a Partner Solutions Architect for their EMEA region, based in Paris. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to the partner channel, working closely with leadership in adoption services.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading the successful onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
• Participating in periodic joint business planning and review sessions to ensure direct alignment between our client and partner technical teams
• Supporting partner technical initiatives including end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, team enablement workshops, and providing assessment and coaching on best practices
• Advocating on behalf of partners' technical concerns—use cases, feature requests, support issues—and helping bring those concerns to resolution internally
• Analyzing partner service offerings regularly and providing recommendations to enhance value through improved platform adoption
• Collaborating with product management, engineering, and technical services teams to identify and prioritize new features and capabilities
• Continuously curating and evolving best practices for platform adoption and customer success

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations
• Demonstrable track record and passion for continuous learning
• Self-starter with strong technical aptitude and solid business acumen; ability to articulate technical value from server room to boardroom
• Confident presentation skills
• Must be a current EU resident
• Hands-on experience in two or more of the following areas:
  • Observability platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management)
  • Public cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba
  • Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry
  • Development/Scripting: Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go
  • Configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab

Bonus qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a technical role supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers)
• Previous experience with cloud monitoring tools across APM, infrastructure, logs, synthetics, or network performance monitoring
• Experience with root-cause-analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging
