Senior Data Consultant (H/F) – CDI – Paris

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data consulting firm seeking a Senior Data Consultant for their Paris office. In this role, you will lead end-to-end data transformation projects with significant autonomy, working either at client sites or in our client's offices under the supervision of senior leadership.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Accompanying C-level executives through data and AI transformation across various business domains including marketing, digital, supply chain, operations, customer support, and IT
• Leading strategic initiatives around data and AI strategy, business case development, data governance, operating models, and use case deployment
• Piloting one or more project streams, guaranteeing delivery and identifying solutions to roadblocks
• Managing project documentation, meeting notes, planning, and overall coordination
• Producing high-quality deliverables including benchmarks, case studies, workshop materials, and steering committee presentations
• Developing compelling storylines and impactful slide decks autonomously
• Facilitating interviews and workshops with client stakeholders
• Building trusted relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
• Providing constructive feedback and coaching to junior team members
• Contributing to firm development through recruiting, training new hires, and developing expertise in specific offerings or industries

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a consulting firm
• Dual 'business' and 'data' profile with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Genuine curiosity and passion for data and technological evolution
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
• Rigorous, proactive approach to project execution
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office and workshop facilitation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English is mandatory
• Intellectual agility to navigate high-value strategic projects across diverse business contexts
• Confidence in networking situations and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
