About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading data and AI consulting firm with a strong European presence. Our client operates across 23 countries and is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to join their growing Paris-based team. This role sits within a technical community of analytics professionals who specialize in dashboarding, analytics engineering, marketing measurement, and low-code data science.

As a Data Analytics Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering advanced analytics solutions for clients across retail, luxury, consumer goods, healthcare, and finance sectors. This is an opportunity to shape analytics strategy while working on cutting-edge measurement and data visualization projects.

Responsibilities

• Pilot multidisciplinary teams including consultants, data scientists, data analysts, software engineers, and media traders
• Develop robust measurement and analytics projects that provide visibility across physical and digital customer journeys
• Plan, lead, and deliver advanced analytics strategy and solutions including e-commerce implementations and advanced modeling
• Identify and support delivery of statistical data analysis techniques to maximize client ROI
• Explore automation techniques through scripting, tool development, and improved reporting methods
• Act as internal consultant on analytics for significant projects, helping shape best-in-class solutions
• Take analytics lead role on new business pitches
• Define and communicate clear data analytics strategy and roadmaps
• Develop best practice documentation and review processes to ensure highest quality standards
• Champion analytics development internally, to clients, and within the wider marketing community

What We're Looking For

Core Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a data-driven environment
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains:
  • Dashboarding & Data Visualization: Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or Superset
  • Analytics Engineering: dbt, with experience on BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks
  • Marketing Analytics & Measurement: CDP platforms (Treasure Data, Hightouch, Tealium), MMM, attribution, clean rooms
  • Low-Code/No-Code Data Science: Dataiku, Copilot Studio, or similar platforms
• Solid foundation in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with Git and software engineering fundamentals (versioning, testing, code quality)
• Experience working in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
• Fluency in English; French language skills are advantageous for this Paris-based role

Nice to Have:

• Experience with generative AI applied to analytics (MCP for BI, conversational data interfaces)
• Exposure to multiple technical domains listed above
• Knowledge of statistics and machine learning fundamentals
