Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Conseil Data – (H/F) – Paris

We are representing a leading international data and AI consulting firm with operations across more than 20 countries. Our client works with major corporations across diverse sectors, delivering strategic data transformation and AI implementation projects.

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their French talent team in Paris's 9th arrondissement. This role focuses on recruiting data consulting professionals, from junior through manager-level positions, working closely with operational leadership to ensure quality hires and an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for data consulting roles across multiple seniority levels
• Gather and challenge requirements with hiring managers to ensure clarity and alignment
• Define and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each position
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, evaluation coordination, and offer management
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines for critical profiles
• Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to ensure objective, consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure proper application of evaluation methods and recruitment processes
• Maintain high-quality experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain data quality and integrity within the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Participate in broader talent acquisition projects and team initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within consulting or professional services environments
• Strong end-to-end recruitment expertise with solid sourcing and direct approach capabilities
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple recruitment assignments
• Business partner mindset with the confidence to advise and challenge stakeholders
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms
• Good level of English language proficiency
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Understanding of data, analytics, or technology talent markets is a strong advantage
