Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential data and AI consulting organization seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their technical team in Paris. In this role, you will tackle cutting-edge challenges that few engineers have encountered, working on strategic projects for global clients across industries including retail, luxury, healthcare, and finance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and deploying production-grade GenAI solutions, including multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph
• Building scalable Kubernetes-based architectures for AI platforms with appropriate guardrails and controls
• Designing and implementing robust data platforms on cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Azure)
• Modernizing legacy analytics databases using medallion architecture patterns
• Leveraging coding agents as productivity tools integrated into daily development workflows
• Conducting formative code reviews and providing technical mentorship to team members
• Adapting to client technology stacks while bringing best practices and strong technical convictions

This is a consulting environment where missions rotate frequently—expect to work across different sectors, technology stacks, and strategic challenges, capitalizing on each experience while continuously developing new expertise.

Senior-level experience with production systems required. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in at least one specialization while demonstrating adaptability across the technology landscape.
