The Opportunity

As our Part-Time Night Auditor, you'll work the evening and night shift hours, serving as the primary contact for guests and overseeing front desk operations when most of the hotel is at rest. This role combines guest service excellence with the precision and attention to detail required to maintain accurate records and financial reconciliation. You'll be the dependable professional our guests rely on during their stay and our team counts on to close the night flawlessly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests during evening hours and process check-ins with efficiency and hospitality
• Address guest requests, concerns, and special needs with professionalism and resourcefulness
• Monitor and manage front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring security and guest comfort
• Accurately reconcile room charges, billing discrepancies, and account entries at shift end
• Maintain organized guest records and assist with room status updates
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams on urgent overnight matters
• Protect guest and property security through attentive monitoring and protocol adherence

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role
• Ability to work flexible evening and night shift hours
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, particularly with numbers and record-keeping
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems and basic computer skills
• Calm, resourceful demeanor when handling guest concerns or unexpected situations
