What This Role Involves

As a Customer Advocate at Belron, you'll be the frontline representative for our customers in Everett, connecting them with the services and support they need. This role centers on understanding customer needs, advocating for their best interests, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling heard and valued. You'll be the problem-solver, the listener, and the liaison between customers and our wider operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and care
• Advocate for customer needs within our organization and work to resolve concerns promptly
• Process service requests, claims, and account information accurately and efficiently
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up
• Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field (or demonstrated ability to excel in customer-facing roles)
