The Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, monitoring, and treatment delivery according to established protocols
• Administer medications and manage medication records with precision and compliance
• Document patient information, clinical observations, and care plans accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and interdisciplinary specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic care environment
• Respond promptly to patient needs and communicate effectively with all team members

Requirements

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
• CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to prioritize patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards
