As a Service Colleague in our Express store, you'll be the heart of our team, supporting customers and maintaining our store to the highest standards. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment where genuine customer service, attention to detail, and dedication make a real difference. Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at the till and throughout the store
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments
• Stock shelves and maintain shop floor presentation to company standards
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and colleagues
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Support with stock rotation and deliveries as required
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for helping customers and delivering excellent service
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
