Position Summary

This is a full-time Service Colleague role offering a fantastic opportunity to work in customer-facing retail at Asda's Pfs Hereford store. You'll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly, supporting our customers, and ensuring our shelves are stocked with quality products. Whether you're assisting customers, managing stock, or operating checkouts, you'll be essential to delivering the service standards our customers expect from Asda.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service across all store departments
• Stock shelves accurately and maintain product displays to Asda standards
• Operate checkout tills with speed and accuracy, processing customer transactions
• Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and organised store environment
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Assist with store operations, including receiving deliveries and rotating stock
• Work flexibly across different departments as needed to support business priorities

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help shoppers
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
• Basic numeracy skills, particularly if handling till operations
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to attending your scheduled shifts
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift stock items
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
