As a Service Colleague (Express), you'll be at the heart of our store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer who walks through the door. Working in our Express format store in Pfs Rugby, you'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your contribution directly impacts our customers' daily experience and our store's success. This full-time position offers structure, responsibility, and genuine opportunities to grow your retail career.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient customer service at all store touchpoints, including tills, customer enquiries, and general assistance
• Manage till operations with accuracy, handling cash and card transactions professionally
• Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and maintain tidy, organised store displays that make shopping easy
• Keep our Pfs Rugby store clean and safe, following company standards and health and safety procedures
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal activities to drive customer engagement
• Work flexibly across store operations to meet our customers' needs, including early starts, late shifts, and weekend availability
