About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is partnering with a high-growth cloud infrastructure company to hire an OEM Partnerships Manager. This is a remote role based in the United States.

Our client is a publicly traded storage platform provider in the open cloud space, managing exabytes of data for customers worldwide. They recently closed a landmark enterprise win and are now focused on embedding their object storage solution at the silicon and hardware tier—making it the default choice in GPU clusters and AI infrastructure deployments.

This is a build role. You'll own getting the platform designed-in at leading GPU/xPU silicon providers and OEM/ODM hardware manufacturers, creating validated reference architectures that position the solution before customers ever engage sales. You'll need to be technically credible enough to lead silicon-level architecture conversations and commercially sharp enough to structure and close OEM agreements that generate millions in partner-influenced ARR.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the platform as a validated storage tier within leading GPU and AI data platform ecosystems through integrated, reference-architecture-certified partnerships
  • Drive "design-in" motions with major xPU and accelerator vendors, building relationships early enough to be designed into their validated stacks before competitive displacement
  • Own joint go-to-market with leading OEM/ODM hardware manufacturers, turning hardware deployments into integrated solutions sold as complete infrastructure
  • Build flash-tier storage tiering narratives from flash-tier platforms to object storage on HDD
  • Structure OEM agreements and co-sell motions—referral, resell, or embedded models—that create pull-through ARR from hardware-first deals
  • Identify and close 2–3 new OEM/ODM partnerships per year generating $10M+ in partner-influenced ARR within the first 6 months
  • Deliver 5+ published, co-branded reference architectures pairing GPU compute configurations with validated storage layers
  • Negotiate and structure commercial OEM terms that convert designed-in positions into sourced, quota-bearing pipeline
  • Carry and deliver against OEM-sourced pipeline and bookings targets with channel sales discipline
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce publishable, reusable reference assets and feed product roadmap gaps

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 10+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or OEM/ODM business development—preferably in cloud infrastructure, storage, or AI systems
  • Existing relationships at major GPU/xPU silicon providers or leading server/storage OEMs with ability to access ecosystem program owners
  • Track record of quota-carrying sales or channel sales performance, with experience negotiating commercial OEM terms (referral, resell, embedded agreements)
  • Demonstrated experience structuring and closing OEM agreements with measurable partner-influenced ARR outcomes
  • Technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure: GPU cluster architecture, storage tiering, accelerator software stacks, and how storage fits into training and inference workflows
  • Proven ability to drive reference architecture co-development from concept to published, co-branded technical validation
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for partner pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%

Strongly Preferred:

  • Experience working inside or alongside a major GPU/xPU vendor's partner ecosystem program
  • Familiarity with S3-compatible object storage in AI data pipeline contexts (training data ingestion, checkpoint storage, inference output)
  • Background at a cloud storage, IaaS, or AI infrastructure vendor—particularly non-hyperscaler providers
  • Existing relationships at emerging xPU vendors

This role is not for you if:

  • You need a mature partner program handed to you—this is a build role requiring you to extend existing playbooks across the OEM tier
  • You lead with slide decks instead of relationships—the first 90 days focus on relationship mapping and meeting cadences
  • You're not comfortable with technical conversations at the SE/architect level—OEM partners require fluency in storage-in-AI-systems discussions
