Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential luxury travel organization based in Canada. We're seeking an experienced Groups Travel Advisor to establish and grow a new Groups division within their B2B reservations business. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you'll build the framework, processes, and sales strategies for group travel while working closely with technology and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and structure the Groups division from the ground up, including defining systems, processes, sales strategies, and operational workflows
• Act as primary sales advisor for group travel, managing inquiries, proposals, and bookings from B2B clients
• Review and negotiate supplier contracts, net rates, and group concessions to maximize profitability and competitive positioning
• Oversee the complete group travel lifecycle from initial request through final execution, including quoting, sales, rooming list coordination, and delivery
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify system gaps and implement solutions that streamline the group booking process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel advisors and industry partners to generate repeat and referral business
• Continuously assess and refine sales and operational strategies to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to position the Groups division as a market leader

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years minimum experience in group travel sales within the B2B travel industry
• Strong understanding of the luxury travel market and B2B agency dynamics
• Proven track record of successfully selling and managing group travel bookings
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify operational challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve them
• Self-starter who thrives on building new initiatives from the ground up with minimal direction
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build trusted client and internal relationships
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
