About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Voice Recording Specialist for a fully remote contract role based in Brazil. This is an excellent opportunity for native Latin American Spanish speakers to contribute to cutting-edge conversational AI development while working flexible hours from anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Record high-quality voice samples across diverse scripts, including conversational, narrative, and instructional content
• Deliver clear, natural, and expressive speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation
• Maintain consistency in voice, accent, and delivery across all recording sessions
• Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment specifications, microphone setup, and file formatting requirements
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style as required by project specifications
• Ensure professional-grade audio quality that meets technical standards for AI voice training applications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Brazil with the ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish
• A clear, natural, and expressive voice suitable for professional voice work
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup capable of producing broadcast-quality audio
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural, authentic delivery
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week throughout the project duration
• Comfort with voice cloning technology—your voice will be used exclusively for the client's customer service AI agent and will not be sold or repurposed beyond this specific application

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, broadcast, or similar professional voice work
• Previous recording experience for text-to-speech systems, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper
• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple vocal styles including conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm tones
