Associate Customer Adoption Manager – 11463

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Associate Customer Adoption Manager to join their global team. In this role, you will serve as a customer champion focused on helping enterprise clients maximize value from their business spend management platform.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical, business, and product expertise to drive customer success outcomes
• Collaborating with account management teams to ensure customer goals are met and account plan deliverables are achieved
• Running workshops to deliver technical recommendations and process optimization guidance based on platform domain knowledge
• Conducting best practice assessments to accelerate platform adoption across procure-to-pay workflows
• Leading knowledge share sessions to educate customers on leveraging new and existing features to streamline business processes
• Defining project scope, activities, and key deliverables in collaboration with customers
• Presenting solutions through written reports and oral presentations
• Working cross-functionally with global teams across the US and India

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2+ years of experience working directly with large enterprise clients in a customer success or consulting capacity, combined with process and technical proficiency in procure-to-pay platforms.

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years in systems applications consulting, either internally through an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider
• Extremely strong client management skills with the ability to execute implementation plans toward successful go-live outcomes
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
• Experience configuring and delivering software demonstrations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Strongly preferred:

• Background in eInvoicing and Global Compliance
• Procurement, accounts payable, or expense management experience
• Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
• Experience with financial accounting, customer management, or sales force automation software
• Previous consulting experience with enterprise platforms such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Basware, Workday, Oracle, or SAP
