Active Sourcing Talent – Baugewerbe (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential recruiting consultancy seeking an Active Sourcing Talent Specialist focused on the construction and trades sector. Working remotely from Hamburg or anywhere with stable internet, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates through active sourcing channels.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Actively sourcing candidates in the construction industry via LinkedIn, StepStone, and Indeed
• Crafting personalized outreach messages to generate candidate interest and engagement
• Creating short, individualized video messages (30-60 seconds) for initial contact to stand out from standard text approaches
• Delivering a set number of qualified interview appointments weekly for the recruiting team
• Maintaining an organized pipeline to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks
• Testing different sourcing strategies to optimize your approach and results
• Coordinating candidate flow while recruiters handle the actual interviews

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes candidates with little to no recruiting experience—full training on active sourcing will be provided. The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong written communication skills in German (C1 level minimum) and confidence reaching out to new contacts
• Self-motivation and discipline to work independently toward clear weekly KPI targets
• Comfort with a performance-based commission model rather than fixed salary structures
• Reliable laptop and stable internet connection for fully remote work
• Willingness to record brief video introductions (30-60 seconds) as part of candidate outreach
• For freelance arrangements: registered business for invoicing, or residency in Dubai
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed

Familiarity with LinkedIn, StepStone, Indeed, or background knowledge of construction/trades is a strong advantage but not required.
