Select Major Account Executive (EST)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Connected Operations platform company in their search for a Select Major Account Executive based in the Eastern Time Zone. Our client is a publicly traded technology leader helping physical operations leverage IoT data across transportation, construction, agriculture, and field services.

This is a remote position for candidates residing in the United States within the EST timezone. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth with the largest strategic accounts, managing complex sales cycles with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within strategic, named accounts
• Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through to close
• Execute solution-based sales processes in complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns
• Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to expand pipeline in target accounts
• Navigate enterprise deal structures with $500k+ ARR transactions
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with customers in traditional industries undergoing digital transformation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role with Enterprise customers
• Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts
• Demonstrated success with $500k+ ARR transactions
• Experience building and managing C-Level relationships
• Comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting and research-driven pipeline development
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Willingness to learn diverse industries and business models quickly

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with line of business stakeholders (Operations, Finance, IT)
• Sales achievement awards (President's Club, Winner's Circle, Top 10%)
• Passion for operations-focused industries

Pay

The annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this position is $350,000 USD, consisting of base salary plus performance-based variable compensation. Eligible employees also receive equity in a high-growth public company, with pay differentiation for top performers.
