Clinical Research Associate, sponsor-dedicated Home Office – Deutschland

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential CRO organization conducting complex clinical trials across phases I-III in Germany. As a Clinical Research Associate working from your home office, you will play a central role in advancing innovative therapies, with a particular focus on oncology studies.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing all aspects of site management, from study center selection through close-out
• Supporting training, mentoring, and development of new team members, including co-monitoring visits at study centers
• Participating in client-specific working groups and internal projects as a subject matter expert
• Ensuring compliance with German and international clinical trial regulations including ICH/GCP

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• University degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Health Management, Pharmacology, (Veterinary) Medicine, or similar
• Alternatively, completed vocational training in healthcare/nursing, or equivalent professional experience in clinical research (e.g., as Study Nurse, Research Nurse, Study Coordinator)
• Professional experience in independent monitoring of clinical trials in Germany, gained at a CRO or pharmaceutical company
• Strong knowledge of applicable German and international clinical trial regulations such as ICH/GCP
• Excellent organizational skills, empathy, and a careful, detail-oriented work approach
• Outstanding communication skills with negotiation-level German fluency and good English proficiency in both written and spoken form (required)
