Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for an Enterprise AI Architect. This is a strategic technical leadership role working at the intersection of artificial intelligence and patient care delivery.

You'll collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to architect and implement AI/ML solutions that power clinical and operational intelligence systems. This position offers the opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI technologies—including traditional machine learning, generative AI, and agentic frameworks—to solve real-world healthcare challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to define functional requirements for AI-powered healthcare technology solutions
• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of traditional AI, generative AI, and agentic AI systems for clinical and operational intelligence
• Architect multi-agent workflows leveraging LLMs with RAG-enhanced retrieval from multimodal healthcare data
• Design and build supervised and unsupervised models with prompt engineering and context optimization
• Integrate large language models into modern web and mobile applications with feedback and reinforcement learning capabilities
• Implement MLOps pipelines for continuous training, monitoring, and bias/fairness assessment while maintaining quality and uptime
• Develop model governance frameworks addressing explainability, bias mitigation, and healthcare data compliance
• Mine and analyze internal and external datasets to optimize operations across intake, clinical, revenue cycle, and other departments
• Perform data and error analysis to continuously improve model performance and data quality
• Stay current with emerging AI research and refine architectural best practices
• Mentor technical team members on ethical AI use and architecture design patterns

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years architecting AI/ML systems in production environments
• 10+ years of experience in supervised and unsupervised learning, statistics, and neural network design
• 7+ years building highly scalable, mission-critical enterprise AI applications
• 5+ years building mission-critical healthcare applications, preferably in home health or post-acute care
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI frameworks (Langchain, HuggingFace, OpenAI, Anthropic APIs, Transformer architectures)
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, and Pandas
• Deep knowledge of classical data analysis (classification, regression, clustering) and deep learning models (RNN, CNN, GAN)
• Experience with AWS AI services including Bedrock, Textract, SageMaker, and Comprehend
• Proven ability building scalable containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and R
• Proficiency with at least two scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Lua) plus SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or equivalent experience
