About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential product studio in Berlin that's looking for a Marketing & Content Intern to build media presence across multiple brands and ventures. This is a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for currently enrolled university students.

Our client operates at the intersection of AI, consumer products, and digital services. They need someone who can turn raw ideas, product decisions, and real company developments into sharp content that makes people stop scrolling.

You'll work directly with leadership and have genuine influence over content strategy, what gets published, and how their media presence evolves. This isn't about posting more—it's about creating content worth watching and reading.

Responsibilities

• Grow brand and founder presence primarily across LinkedIn and Instagram
• Create content across multiple formats: posts, carousels, short-form video, and more
• Transform conversations, product updates, and insights into engaging content
• Build a content waterfall system that turns strong ideas into multiple formats and channels
• Shoot and edit short-form and behind-the-scenes content
• Design visual content using Figma or Canva
• Develop and refine content templates and visual systems
• Track performance, eliminate what doesn't work, and continuously test new approaches
• Help convert attention into business opportunities and leads

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university where this internship can be recognised as a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within your degree programme
• Strong written and spoken English
• Deep understanding of how LinkedIn and Instagram actually work
• Ability to take rough ideas and transform them into clear, engaging content
• Good visual instincts and comfort with Figma or Canva
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking ownership
• Curiosity about AI, startups, brands, and emerging tools
• High standards for the quality of your output
• Valid visa status to work/intern in Germany

No prior marketing experience required. Our client values taste, initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into finished work above credentials.

Role Details

• Location: Berlin, hybrid (minimum 2 days in office, ideally more)
• Hours: Flexible 20–40 hours per week, with full-time preferred
• Type: Mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
