Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential manufacturing client in Mülheim seeking an apprentice (Auszubildender) for Industrial Management (Industriekaufmann/-frau) starting in 2027.

During your apprenticeship, you will:

• Support various departments and gain insight into all key commercial operations
• Process orders, quotations, and purchase requests to ensure smooth workflows
• Assist with bookkeeping and learn how invoices are properly created and reviewed
• Communicate with customers and suppliers via email, telephone, and in person
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Abitur or Fachabitur completed or in progress
• Strong interest in business and commercial topics
• Team-oriented mindset with fresh ideas and initiative
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Reliable, curious, and thoughtful approach to tasks
• German language proficiency required for this role
