About This Role
We are representing a confidential asset management firm in Frankfurt am Main seeking a Manager Operations to lead operational excellence and process optimization. Our client manages a substantial portfolio and is scaling rapidly through digital transformation. This is an opportunity to build scalable structures while leading a high-performing operations team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an operational team including junior staff and interns, setting performance standards and fostering talent growth
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and design lean, digitalized, and scalable processes
- Manage day-to-day operations and define key performance indicators, ensuring continuous monitoring and adherence to targets
- Direct cross-functional optimization projects and serve as the interface between specialist teams and senior leadership
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in business operations, process management, internal consulting, or a fast-growing scale-up/start-up environment
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficient processes, think in clear structures, and make data-driven decisions
- Initial experience in leading teams (juniors, interns, or project teams) with empathy, clarity, and execution focus
- Hands-on mentality with high ownership, fluent German, and very good English skills
