About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Multilingual Financial Consultant Intern in Berlin. Our client is looking for candidates who are fluent in German plus at least one additional language and who want to build a career in finance with genuine entrepreneurial opportunity.
This internship provides hands-on experience in modern financial consulting with structured mentoring and the potential for conversion to a trainee position after the first four weeks.
Responsibilities
- Support appointment management, including preparation and follow-up for client meetings
- Assist with sales activities and new client acquisition efforts
- Contribute to building and expanding strategic partnerships
- Analyze and evaluate client profiles to inform personalized consultations
- Develop tailored financial concepts for clients
- Maintain client relationships through ongoing after-sales support
What We're Looking For
- Required: Fluency in German plus at least one additional language
- Currently enrolled in university (business or economics preferred but not mandatory) or in a career exploration phase
- Strong interest in financial topics and enjoyment of client communication
- Goal-oriented, self-directed working style with motivation for personal development
- Performance-driven mindset with ambition to exceed targets
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales is helpful but not required—comprehensive training will be provided
