Growth Manager – Short-Form Content (Instagram & TikTok)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential creator-management agency based in Stuttgart. They need a Growth Manager who will own the short-form content strategy for 2-4 creators end-to-end: scripting, shot lists, creator and editor feedback, and relentless testing until the numbers work. Your single real goal: views that translate into genuine reach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze viral short-form videos, understand why they succeeded, and adapt those insights for your assigned creators
• Write scripts and shot lists that creators will execute, then provide precise feedback on what worked, what didn't, and what must change
• Direct editors and content schedulers—you own the outcome, they execute
• Analyze every post: why did this hit, why did that flop, what do we double down on this week
• Test bold ideas quickly, discard what fails, scale what works

What We're Looking For

• Obsession with short-form content. You voluntarily watch TikTok and Reels for hours daily and can explain why a video works. You don't need to learn this—you already live it.
• Ownership mentality. You treat your creators' accounts like your own business. No excuses, no "the editor didn't deliver"—you make it happen.
• Analytical eye. You can watch 20 videos and tell us the pattern that connects the successful ones.
• Fluent German and good English. Non-negotiable.
• Availability mindset: This is not a 9-to-5 role. If a Reel goes viral Sunday night, you're on it. If an account gets suspended at 10 PM on a weekday, you handle it. Weekends are normally free, but in emergencies you step in without discussion. If that's a dealbreaker, this isn't the right fit.
• Bonus (not required): Experience building Instagram or TikTok accounts, agency or marketing background. Our client values drive and instinct over résumé.

Pay

Our client offers €2,500 base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Realistic total monthly compensation: €3,000–€6,000 depending on results. The role is 100% remote. High performers can advance to Head of Marketing within 8–12 months and lead their own team.
