Junior D365 CRM Manager

We are representing a confidential consulting organization based in the Stuttgart area seeking a Junior D365 CRM Manager. Responsibilities

• Support the management and ongoing development of CRM processes and customer engagement activities
• Assist with planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Work directly with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM and ERP functions
• Analyze and manage substantial volumes of customer and business data to drive insights
• Support marketing automation initiatives and contribute to enhanced customer communication strategies
• Maintain high standards of data quality and ensure CRM information accuracy
• Participate in projects related to CRM implementation, marketing operations, and business process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine CRM workflows

What We're Looking For

• Completed university degree or vocational training in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, or related field
• Initial experience with marketing automation or campaign management is highly desirable
• Basic understanding of GDPR compliance and project management principles is advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with large datasets
• Structured, independent, and responsible approach to work
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Motivation to assume responsibility and pursue continuous professional development
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based position
