About This Opportunity
We are Get A Job.ai, a recruiting firm, and we are representing a confidential international recruiting organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with fluency in French to join their team in France. This is a 100% remote, freelance position for someone passionate about full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience.
Our client is a diverse, international team operating across multiple markets, and they are looking to expand their Talent Acquisition function with someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, collaborating with leadership to identify new candidate opportunities
- Conduct direct sourcing through platforms including LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, and advanced search techniques
- Perform thorough screening calls with candidates to assess fit and suitability for open roles
- Manage interview scheduling and logistics in coordination with project and client management teams
- Provide insights on candidate market trends and landscape to support seamless client service
- Take ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience and build a strong professional reputation
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing, international recruitment team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms
- Strong performance in goal-oriented environments with a drive to achieve results
- Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities in an agile, fast-moving environment
- Fluency in both English and French (additional languages are a plus)
- Located in France and eligible to work on a freelance basis
