About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential defense technology organization in their search for a strategic EMEA Talent Acquisition Partner based in London. Our client is expanding rapidly across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and needs an exceptional recruiting leader to power their growth in these critical markets.

This is a high-impact, business-critical role at the intersection of talent strategy and international expansion. You'll be supporting new market entries, building world-class sales and engineering teams, and partnering directly with senior leadership to shape the future of the organization across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior and executive-level stakeholders to understand business objectives, growth plans, and capability gaps across the EMEA region
• Translate market entry and expansion plans into scalable, data-driven regional talent acquisition strategies
• Act as a thought partner and advisor on talent trends, market intelligence, and competitive hiring strategies
• Advise leaders on market feasibility from a talent perspective, including availability, cost, timing, and risk assessment
• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all roles, including senior, critical, and hard-to-hire positions
• Design and execute sourcing strategies that attract high-impact engineering and commercial talent across diverse EMEA markets
• Shape local hiring approaches while maintaining a consistent global hiring standard
• Act as an EMEA ambassador for employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the region
• Partner with internal teams to shape and localize the employer value proposition for different EMEA countries
• Identify and activate employer branding opportunities through events, content, communities, referrals, and social presence
• Ensure inclusive, consistent, and authentic candidate experience that reinforces brand and values at every touchpoint
• Use data to forecast hiring needs, track progress, and continuously optimize recruitment performance
• Improve talent acquisition processes, tools, and partnership models to support speed, quality, and scale

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a strategic talent acquisition partner driving full-cycle hiring for both engineering and go-to-market talent within the defense or public sector SaaS space
• Demonstrated success supporting new market entries and scaling teams rapidly
• Strong credibility working with senior leaders and executives as a trusted talent advisor and business partner
• Deep understanding of EMEA talent dynamics, sourcing strategies, and competitive intelligence
• Highly consultative and commercially minded approach, with comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries and navigating diverse talent markets
• Track record of building employer brand and creating exceptional candidate experiences
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
