Social Media & Brand Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential natural food products company based in Goldbach, Germany, seeking a creative Social Media & Brand Manager to take ownership of their digital presence. Our client values authentic storytelling, natural ingredients, and connecting with their community through engaging content.

This is a full-time, on-site role where you'll have complete responsibility for developing and executing social media strategies that increase brand awareness and create meaningful connections with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand recognition and engagement
• Manage and grow Instagram and LinkedIn channels with consistent, high-quality content
• Create, schedule, and publish Reels, Stories, posts, and other content formats
• Craft compelling narratives around products, company culture, team members, and daily operations
• Produce original content on-site, at customer locations, and during events
• Plan and coordinate brand collaborations and content shoots
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication touchpoints
• Identify emerging trends, experiment with new formats, and drive creative initiatives
• Manage community engagement and analyze social media performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong proficiency with Instagram and LinkedIn platforms
• Demonstrated skills in video creation and editing, particularly Reels
• Creative mindset with excellent instincts for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Self-motivated and proactive approach—you bring ideas and make them happen
• Willingness to test, analyze, learn, and continuously improve content performance
• Strong brand awareness and communication skills
• Independent and organized work style
• Based in or near Aschaffenburg, with flexibility to travel to customer sites
• German language proficiency required for this role
