About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential tourism technology client based in Hamburg seeking a dual-study student (B.A.) in Online Marketing or Communication and Media Management. This position begins October 1, 2026, and offers hands-on experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media content creation and performance marketing.

Our client operates a leading digital platform in the travel sector, working with partners across the DACH region to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Their young, ambitious team drives innovation from the heart of Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Support blog and website content creation, learning to structure copy for SEO and multiple channels
• Assist in developing social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook—including Reels, Stories, and creative posts—while learning content planning and audience-targeted production
• Help monitor content and campaign performance, tracking relevant KPIs and understanding data-driven optimization techniques
• Participate actively in video content production and appear on camera for Reels, explainer videos, and behind-the-scenes formats, developing your presentation and communication skills
• Contribute to the conception and execution of ad creatives for performance marketing campaigns, gaining initial exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads

What We're Looking For

• Strong secondary school qualification (Abitur or equivalent)
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Deep passion for social media and digital trends with strong instincts for current formats, platform mechanics, and storytelling
• Enthusiasm for appearing regularly on camera with a confident, authentic, and engaging presence
• Creative, self-motivated, and structured work style with reliability
• Team-oriented mindset with a friendly, hands-on attitude and willingness to take ownership
• Bonus: Previous practical experience creating content for social media and/or blog writing, experience producing videos for social platforms (Reels, Stories, TikToks)
