Paid Ads Specialist

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential software company seeking a technical Paid Ads Specialist. This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world.

We're looking for someone who goes beyond campaign management—you'll build, test, and optimize advertising systems using AI, automation, and data-driven workflows. This role offers genuine autonomy to experiment with new tools and directly shape how paid advertising evolves at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Set up, analyze, and continuously optimize campaign performance
• Build automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
• Connect advertising platforms with analytics and data systems
• Experiment with AI tools and automation to solve advertising challenges
• Investigate performance changes analytically, not just report metrics
• Validate that automated systems are working correctly
• Manage multiple campaigns and channels simultaneously
• Prioritize work independently and move initiatives forward

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience setting up, running, and optimizing paid campaigns
• Direct platform experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, or LinkedIn Ads
• Technical proficiency with advertising automation tools such as Google Ads Scripts, advertising APIs, Python, Zapier, Make, GA4, BigQuery, or Looker Studio
• Demonstrated experience using AI or automation to solve advertising problems
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to investigate root causes of performance shifts
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Portfolio of real examples showing technical solutions you've implemented
• Ability to validate and test automated workflows
• Enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging technology
