Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Darmstadt that requires a detail-oriented payroll specialist to manage monthly payroll processing and serve as the central point of contact for payroll-related matters.
- Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule
- Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related questions and issues
- Record absences including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave in timekeeping and payroll systems
- Communicate with health insurance providers and professional associations regarding employee matters
- Process accident reports and handle correspondence with relevant institutions
- Prepare certificates for employees and government authorities, as well as statistical reports
- Maintain system data integrity through accurate data entry, scanning, and document filing
- Support payroll projects and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with timely and accurate payroll processing
- Ability to address payroll-related questions clearly and with a service-oriented approach
- Careful attention to detail when working with absence data, documents, and timekeeping systems
- Experience communicating with health insurance companies and professional associations
- Structured approach to handling certificates, accident reports, and statistical documentation
- Reliable work ethic with willingness to support projects and take on additional responsibilities
