Role Overview
In a cross-functional project team, you will take on a key role in the development of high-quality software solutions for local clients or our own products. You will identify technical challenges and develop effective solution strategies. Together with your team, you are responsible for the conception, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of the product.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify and address technical challenges in software projects
- Develop and implement effective solutions
- Participate in the conception, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring of products
- Conduct clean code, unit, and integration tests
- Perform code reviews and knowledge transfer
- Pair programming with team members
- Develop new features and align with stakeholders
- Work on the development or modernization of web applications, migration to cloud platforms, and contribute to the further development of various research and AI themes
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in software development for local clients or own products
- Knowledge of Web technologies and Angular in frontend development
- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and/or Python in backend development
- Ability to lead less experienced colleagues and mentor them in technical skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Team player with a focus on mutual support and continuous improvement
