About the Role

As a Member Service Specialist at YouFit Gyms, you create an outstanding experience for every member and guest. You're central to our front-desk operations, blending genuine hospitality with operational excellence. Your warm, professional presence sets the tone for each visit and directly impacts how members feel about their fitness journey with us. This part-time position requires you to balance member engagement with smooth facility management and accurate transactions.

What You'll Do

• Greet members and guests with genuine warmth and facilitate smooth check-ins
• Answer member questions about gym services, equipment, classes, and membership options with knowledge and enthusiasm
• Process transactions, update membership accounts, and resolve billing inquiries accurately
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members and explain membership benefits
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-desk environment
• Build relationships with members to support retention and loyalty
• Address member concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Follow all facility policies and safety procedures to protect our community

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service background with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale or membership systems
