About the Role
As a CDL-A Refrigerated Owner Operator, you'll operate your own refrigerated truck on long-distance routes across the United States. This full-time position puts you in control of your business while partnering with a logistics team that connects you to quality freight. You manage your own vehicle, coordinate with dispatch, and retain the independence that comes with being your own operator.
What You'll Do
- Transport refrigerated and temperature-controlled cargo across interstate routes
- Maintain your refrigerated truck to operational and safety standards
- Manage vehicle records, fuel documentation, and DOT compliance
- Coordinate with dispatch to optimize routes and meet delivery commitments
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of cargo and equipment
- Comply with all federal DOT regulations and company safety requirements
What We're Looking For
- Active CDL-A with refrigerated endorsement
- Established experience as an owner operator or professional truck driver
- Clean driving record and strong safety history
- Well-maintained, operational refrigerated truck
