About the Role

This full-time, W2 company driver position focuses on over-the-road freight hauling in our dry van fleet. You'll operate independently across our service region with dispatch support, handling loads professionally and reliably. We're ready to bring on qualified drivers immediately.

What You'll Do

• Operate a dry van truck on over-the-road routes
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Manage shipping documentation and maintain dispatch communication
• Maintain DOT and FMCSA compliance standards
• Ensure safe, on-time delivery of freight

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
• Clean driving record with passing background check
• Strong commitment to safe, compliant driving practices
• Ability to work independently on extended over-the-road assignments

Compensation

• Mileage pay: $0.48–$0.56 per mile based on experience and driving record
• Breakdown and layover pay: $100 per day after 24 hours
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours
• Stop pay: $30–$50 per leg
