About this role & career path
This sits in the heavy/tractor-trailer path: gain clean miles, ELDT-aligned CDL-A skills, then specialty freight or leadership (trainer, dispatch) if the carrier offers it. DATA does not describe Sweet Express’s internal ladder.
Build the skills for this role
Build toward CDL-A and safe dry-van habits:

Hours-of-service, pre-trip, backing, and dry-van load/unload practices
Expect questions on CDL-A status, clean MVR/PSP, dry-van experience, HOS comfort, and willingness to run from the Oakley/Saginaw area. Bring license, medical card, and work history; ask about routes, home time, and equipment—pay was not in this listing’s DATA for this location.
Strong fit if you hold (or are finishing) CDL-A, like independent highway work, and can base out of Saginaw County. Thin fit if you need remote work, guaranteed local only, or published pay/review data before applying—those are not in the provided DATA for this posting.
