About the Role
As a CDL-A Refrigerated Owner Operator with Nayhoose Logistics, you'll operate your own refrigerated unit throughout the United States, managing temperature-sensitive freight with precision and professionalism. This over-the-road opportunity allows you to maintain schedule flexibility while building your own trucking business in partnership with our company.
What You'll Do
- Operate refrigerated trailers on long-haul routes across multiple states
- Maintain strict temperature control and cargo integrity standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation
- Manage your own time and route planning within company guidelines
- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and safety requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and load coordinators
- Keep detailed logs and maintain required documentation
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid CDL-A with refrigerated endorsement
- Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable refrigerated trucking experience
- Excellent safety record and driving history
- Your own refrigerated trailer or ability to acquire one
- Commitment to maintaining vehicle and cargo quality standards
- Reliable, professional approach to owner-operator responsibilities
