About the Role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to direct complex environmental permitting and planning assignments from initial assessment through regulatory approval. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and resources, and champion environmental compliance on high-visibility projects that matter to communities and organizations nationwide.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end CEQA and NEPA environmental assessments and permitting processes
• Lead project teams to deliver work on schedule and within budget while maintaining quality standards
• Engage with regulatory agencies, clients, and community stakeholders to advance project goals
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to state and federal environmental law
• Mentor and develop junior planners and technical staff

What We're Looking For

• Extensive professional experience managing CEQA and NEPA compliance projects
• Deep knowledge of California and federal environmental regulations and assessment frameworks
• Proven project management, team leadership, and client communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in environmental planning, engineering, sciences, or related discipline
• Track record of delivering complex environmental projects successfully

Compensation
