About the Role

As an Assistant Manager you will partner with the Center Manager to oversee staff, ensure a smooth donor experience, and uphold all safety and compliance standards. You’ll help drive operational efficiency while fostering a welcoming environment for every donor who walks through the door.

What You'll Do

• Assist in supervising front‑line team members, including scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor donor flow and appointment adherence to minimize wait times and maximize center capacity.
• Maintain accurate records of donations, inventory, and equipment in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Address donor inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
• Support the implementation of the donor app and other technology tools to streamline booking and check‑in processes.
• Help enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols to protect donors and staff.
• Participate in inventory ordering, supply management, and routine equipment checks.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights on operational performance and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within healthcare, retail, or service‑oriented environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse donors and teammates.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially when handling confidential donor information.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications; familiarity with scheduling or point‑of‑sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible Full‑Time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
