As a Member Service Specialist at YouFit, you'll be the face of our gym—greeting members warmly, answering their fitness and membership questions, processing check-ins, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service. This part-time position is ideal if you thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment where your positive energy directly shapes the member experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet all members and guests with genuine warmth and professionalism at the front desk
- Perform member check-ins and process membership transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer questions about gym amenities, class schedules, personal training services, and membership options
- Help new members complete intake forms and orient them to YouFit facilities
- Resolve member concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment
- Support member retention by delivering consistent, attentive service
What We're Looking For
- Prior customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or fitness environment
- Strong communication skills and genuine enthusiasm for helping others
- Comfort working with point-of-sale systems and basic computer programs
- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy periods
- A positive attitude and passion for health and wellness
- Reliable attendance and availability for scheduled part-time shifts
