About the Role

As a Member Service Specialist with YouFit, you're the heartbeat of our front desk and member experience. Every day, you'll greet members and guests with genuine enthusiasm, answer questions about memberships and fitness offerings, and ensure every interaction reflects YouFit's commitment to an inclusive, supportive fitness environment. Your role directly impacts how members feel about their gym membership and their likelihood to stay active with us.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests at check-in, managing access and maintaining a positive, energetic front desk atmosphere
• Process membership sales, renewals, and account updates with accuracy and professionalism
• Answer member questions about facility amenities, class schedules, personal training, and membership options
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members, highlighting our equipment, studios, and community culture
• Handle payments and financial transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and professional appearance
• Assist with administrative tasks, member communication, and scheduling as needed
• Refer members to appropriate staff for specialized requests and support

What We're Looking For

• A naturally friendly, welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially important in a part-time schedule
• Ability to manage multiple member interactions and transactions efficiently
• Comfort learning our membership systems and point-of-sale software
• Customer service experience preferred; fitness industry knowledge a plus
