About the Role
As an SEC Reporting Sr. Analyst/Supervisor based in West Miami, you will play a central part in the company's external financial reporting and technical accounting functions. Working in a fast-moving environment, you will help ensure that filings and disclosures meet regulatory standards while partnering closely with accounting colleagues across the finance organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review external financial reports in line with SEC requirements and applicable disclosure rules.
- Apply technical accounting guidance to support accurate, timely reporting.
- Coordinate compliance activities and help maintain strong internal reporting controls.
- Collaborate with accounting and finance team members to gather, validate, and reconcile reporting data.
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen the quality and efficiency of the reporting cycle.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SEC reporting, external financial reporting, or technical accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced finance setting and manage competing priorities.
- Comfort partnering with cross-functional accounting and finance stakeholders.
- Familiarity with a real estate, property, or facilities management environment is a plus.
