Role Overview

Our talent team is representing a confidential Layer-2 blockchain organization seeking Community Ambassadors to join their global expansion program. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our client's ecosystem and Web3 communities worldwide, driving engagement through events, content distribution, and grassroots activations focused on real-world assets and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Represent our client as a community ambassador across global Web3 ecosystems and digital platforms
• Build and actively engage local and online communities, connecting with builders, students, and early-stage founders
• Support, co-host, and participate in meetups, panels, and industry events to strengthen ecosystem presence
• Collaborate on community-led activations and campaigns that drive awareness and adoption
• Distribute ecosystem updates and campaigns across community channels including Discord, Telegram, and X
• Localize and adapt content for different cultural and regional audiences
• Identify partnership, media, and collaboration opportunities within the RWA and AI spaces
• Maintain post-event relationships and convert engagement into long-term ecosystem participation
• Provide structured feedback from community sentiment to inform strategy
• Surface opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and ecosystem growth

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in crypto/Web3 marketing, community, or ecosystem roles
• Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems, crypto culture, and community-driven growth models
• Proven ability to engage, grow, and activate both online and offline communities
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to execute independently in fast-paced, distributed teams
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working across community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X
• Ability to adapt messaging and engage across diverse cultural and regional audiences
• Existing connections within Web3 ecosystems (founders, creators, communities, or partners) strongly preferred
