Manager Service (Porsche Service Centre)

Porsche Asia Pacific is recruiting a Service Manager for our Porsche Service Centre in Singapore. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to lead customer-focused operations within one of Asia's premier luxury automotive service networks.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily operations at our Singapore Service Centre. You will lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional service quality to our discerning clientele, whilst maintaining the highest standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction that define the Porsche brand across the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the service team, including technicians, advisors, and support staff
• Ensure all vehicle servicing and repairs meet Porsche's rigorous quality and safety standards
• Oversee customer communications, booking management, and service delivery timelines
• Monitor workshop performance, productivity metrics, and operational efficiency
• Maintain service documentation, warranty administration, and technical compliance records
• Foster strong customer relationships and address service inquiries professionally
• Support training and development initiatives within the service team
• Liaise with Porsche Asia Pacific support and regional management on operational matters

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven management experience within an automotive service environment or luxury brand service centre
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
• Solid understanding of automotive service operations, customer care standards, and technical maintenance practices
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities under operational pressure
• Proficiency in service management systems and workshop scheduling software
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or other regional languages is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical staff, management, and external stakeholders
