What This Role Involves
As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you will own the strategy and execution of customer relationship programmes that strengthen brand loyalty and lifetime value across our Singapore operations. You'll develop and refine processes that ensure every customer interaction reflects Porsche's commitment to excellence, whilst leveraging data and insights to personalise experiences for our discerning clientele. This role bridges customer insights, marketing strategy, and operational delivery—requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Core Duties
- Design, implement, and optimise CRM campaigns and customer engagement initiatives that drive repeat business and brand advocacy
- Manage customer databases and relationship workflows, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and actionable segmentation
- Analyse customer behaviour, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer experience strategies with business objectives
- Develop reporting and dashboards that track customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Own day-to-day relationship management with key customer segments, ensuring timely, personalised communication
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, CRM platform administration, or customer success roles
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and comfort with data analysis tools
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities in English; Mandarin or other regional languages a plus
- Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies that improve retention and satisfaction
- A customer-centric mindset paired with analytical thinking and attention to detail
