Role Overview
As an Executive Human Resources leader, you will drive strategic human capital initiatives aligned with Porsche Asia Pacific's business objectives. This role combines operational excellence with strategic insight, positioning you at the heart of talent, culture, and organisational development across our regional operations.
Core Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency
- Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning initiatives to attract and retain high-calibre professionals
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and organisational development programmes
- Manage compensation, benefits, and total rewards strategy to ensure market competitiveness
- Drive culture, engagement, and learning and development initiatives across the organisation
- Provide strategic HR business partnering to senior leadership and operational teams
- Ensure compliance with employment law and regulatory requirements across the Asia-Pacific region
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team
What You Bring
- Proven executive-level experience in human resources, preferably within a multinational or regional organisation
- Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities
- Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and organisational development
- Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance in the Asia-Pacific region
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the automotive or luxury goods industries valued
- Professional HR qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) or substantial equivalent experience
