CEO Assistant and Workplace Management

Porsche Asia Pacific is seeking a highly organised and proactive CEO Assistant and Workplace Management professional to support our executive leadership and optimise our Singapore operations. In this full-time role based in Singapore, you'll be the backbone of our workplace ecosystem, ensuring seamless executive support and an exceptional working environment for our team.

The Opportunity

You'll combine strategic executive assistance with hands-on workplace management, working in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury automotive environment. What You'll Do

• Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements with precision
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and correspondence for executive meetings and external engagements
• Oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor relationships, and supplier coordination
• Coordinate workplace initiatives, from facilities upgrades to team events and workplace culture programmes
• Act as a key liaison between the executive team and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication
• Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest standards of professionalism
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and optimise administrative processes for efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or workplace management professional, ideally at senior leadership level
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency with office management tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with complete confidentiality
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate executive needs
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and a willingness to go above and beyond
