Porsche Asia Pacific is seeking a Manager/Senior Specialist Strategic Sales Planning in Singapore to lead sales strategy development and execution across the region. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to shape growth in one of Asia's most dynamic automotive markets.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own strategic sales plans aligned with regional and corporate objectives, translating market insights into actionable growth tactics
• Analyse market dynamics, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and mitigate risks across the region
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams to align strategy with execution, ensuring sales targets are ambitious yet achievable
• Lead cross-functional initiatives—from market entry strategies to channel optimisation—and track performance against KPIs
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management, influencing strategic decisions with clear data and commercial rationale
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging market conditions to keep strategy ahead of the curve

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategic sales planning, business strategy, or related commercial roles—automotive experience is an advantage but not required
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi-market strategies with measurable business impact
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with sales planning tools, data analytics, and business intelligence platforms
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfort influencing senior stakeholders
• Degree in business, commerce, economics, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
• Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are valued
