About the Role

As a Porsche Consultant specialising in pre-owned vehicle sales, you'll be the trusted advisor to clients seeking premium certified pre-owned Porsche models. Your role bridges expert product knowledge with genuine customer care, helping buyers discover the perfect vehicle that matches their driving ambitions and lifestyle. You'll represent Porsche's commitment to excellence at every stage of the customer journey, from initial consultation through vehicle handover and beyond.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their motoring preferences, and recommend suitable pre-owned Porsche vehicles from our curated inventory
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including performance specifications, ownership benefits, and the Porsche ownership experience
• Facilitate vehicle viewings, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase the unique capabilities of each model
• Manage the entire sales process, including negotiation, documentation, and coordination with finance and delivery teams
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up proactively to build long-term relationships and repeat business
• Support customer questions regarding vehicle history, service records, warranty options, and ownership requirements
• Meet sales targets whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction

What You Bring

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in premium or pre-owned vehicle markets
• Genuine passion for Porsche vehicles and the automotive industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in customer relationship management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin or other regional languages are advantageous
• A valid driving licence and willingness to conduct test drives
