The Opportunity
We're seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources department in Singapore. This role provides direct exposure to all facets of HR operations, from talent acquisition to employee engagement. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals while contributing meaningfully to critical business functions, developing practical expertise in modern HR practices and supporting the Asia Pacific region.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating logistics
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programmes, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into our organisation
- Help maintain HR records and databases, ensuring compliance and data accuracy
- Coordinate and assist in organising employee engagement activities, training sessions, and workplace events
- Support payroll and benefits administration under supervision
- Perform general HR administrative duties and provide support across multiple departments
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Competence with Microsoft Office suite and HR information systems
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional demeanour and commitment to confidentiality
- Genuine interest in human resources and talent development
